Review summary

Based on recent reviews

Guests frequently highlight the hotel's exceptional service, with many mentioning the warm welcome upon arrival, often including a complimentary drink and a detailed city overview with a map. The rooms are consistently described as spacious, clean, and comfortable, with amenities like real air conditioning and functioning shower doors noted as particular advantages. The location is considered excellent, being a short walk from key attractions and in a quiet neighborhood, though St Vitus Cathedral is mentioned as being across the river and a longer journey. Breakfast receives consistent praise for its delicious and varied selection, including options like omelets and crepes. While the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, a few guests have noted that interactions could become less welcoming after accidental damage was reported.
