The location was very central. I could easily walk to all attractions. the room was quiet and included extra pillows which i appreciated. the adjacent restaurant impressed me. I enjoyed breakfast there. it stood out for its quality.
The tv signal dropped out frequently. This was a bit annoying. i really expected a better tv, especially considering the hotel's rating.

The hotel is close to palladium shopping centre. It is located next door. being central, it made walking to many places very easy. this location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing, i think.

the location was fine and allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the staff was often rude and unhelpful. Upon arrival, the night receptionist showed a blank expression. There was also rarely anyone at the reception desk, it seems security is not a priority.
