i appreciate the ease of access to the terminals. the staff provided transport immediately when i asked. the burger IS the best i HAVE ever eaten, seriously. check-in and checkout were both super quick.
the hotel location IS a slight distance from the main airport area.

The room was super clean and cozy. The airport shuttle started early. That was convenient.
The staff wasn't rude but also wasn't very cute. The receptionist had an attitude and a poker face. I was confident I booked a room with breakfast included. I checked my reservation but could not find breakfast listed.

the rooms had adequate size. the breakfast was delicious and varied, with lots of choice. i used the shuttle service early at 4 am, it was very handy for my early flight. i really loved shower!
i founded that there should be better information about the stay. the staff didn't know about english speaking tv channels. we didn't know we had to reserve transport to the airport.
