My premier king room offered a great ocean view on a higher floor, and I spent hours watching the waves. The buffet in the premier lounge was abundant with many choices and flavors. Evening cocktail hours from 18:00 to 20:00 was very civilized, a beautiful way to end the day. I especially enjoyed the comfortable seating near the lounge windows.

The gym equipment looked slightly worn, the treadmill screens flickered a bit.

The staff were very responsive to requests, I asked for extra pillows and I received them quickly. Housekeeping service was punctual, they restocked the amenities each day without fail. Staff at the premier lounge remembered my name, they always greeted me warmly.

The outdoor pool was refreshing, I swam some laps to start the morning. The hotel provided direct access to the beach, I enjoyed a stroll along the sand. I found the business center adequate, it had computers and printers.

Breakfast at the Square had many options, I appreciated the fresh fruit. Sampan served authentic Asian cuisine, I especially recommend the noodles. I enjoyed the selection of drinks available at the bar, the service there was very polite.

the staff, including ketan kerkar, demonstrated a dedication to customer focus. the housekeeping team kept everything super clean. the laundry service was also super! i felt at home for my meetings, and my guests agreed.

i had to call multiple times, and no one seemed ready to assist. fortunately, mr mayuresh from the finance department helped us finally.

I found staff kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. I asked for food prepared according to Jain dietary restrictions, and I met the chef. Mr Vist and Mr Jp Evengelist provided a great service, as both talked with us about the menu, and we both enjoyed the tasty food at breakfast and dinner.

The dated pool and garden are not well kept.
