a decent stay, but with some issues.
wide variety attentive staff musty room shambles process
The breakfast at the lotus restaurant offered a wide variety of options. i found the staff attentive to guest needs, such as deepti, sky, and song. they waited on me. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
The check-in process on february 17, 2024, was a complete shambles. i arrived around 3:30 pm and received rooms 587 and 184. room 184 was musty. I definitely could not stay there. my bags were re-allocated multiple times.

easy check-in excellent selection personal attention
Check-in was very easy, and the front desk staff worked hard to. The restaurant featured an excellent selection. Chefs Kukil, Tanmesh, and Shubham provided personal attention. The library area near the pool felt serene. I enjoyed spending time there.

the breakfast buffet had diverse options the staff was attentive and ensured everyone was taken care of i regularly used the swimming pool it was clean. the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants the hotel also had a peaceful atmosphere after a busy day.
the room service menu could benefit from additional vegetarian choices

the staff provided prompt assistance with luggage handling and check-in processes and the concierge service was efficient in providing local information the hotel staff were genuinely kind and helpful making the stay comfortable.

my room included a king-sized bed and a separate seating area and the bathroom featured a rainfall shower the room had blackout curtains that helped ensure restful sleep and the air conditioning was effective.

the hotel had multiple restaurants with diverse cuisine options the lotus cafe offered an extensive breakfast spread with both indian and international dishes. the saffron restaurant provided a more intimate dining experience.

roof view stale smoke
my room faced the back and i saw a roof not the promised ocean i think it was supposed to be a partial view but was mostly roof the air conditioning unit also smelled faintly of stale smoke it got better after i complained but lingered a bit the top floor bar felt understaffed service felt slow and inattentive.
