The gym HAD a solid trainer named Mr Pravin. He focused on form and gave good guidance on nutrition and sleep. Facilities were also great.

I had dinner at Jamavar, BUT the food quality was way below standard. I informed the chef of dietary restrictions 48 hours before. it was not catered. The vegetable dish was not good, even with last-minute customization.

The hotel is in a great location near the airport. The rooms and lobby feature both stylish and traditional designs. My room was spacious and soundproof with a great view. I also found the spa treatment amazing. The treatment rooms create a calm vibe.

I had to call reception several times for room needs. Solutions were received only after a minimum of half an hour, inconvenient.

Every staff member showed courtesy all the time. Check-in and check-out were smooth. I am grateful for the attentive assistance from the personnel, they readily addressed my needs and queries with efficiency and patience.
