excellent experience
spacious layout in-room snack sweet water
i appreciated the smiles and readiness to assist at any moment. (the staff seemed genuinely happy!) the room was lovely, with a spacious layout and ample in-room snacks. i also liked that there were plenty of sweet-tasting water bottles provided, without any plastic.

spacious desk clean room grandiose decoration
The room included a spacious desk that helped a lot (i needed a dedicated workspace). Housekeeping kept my beautiful room twin beds clean daily. The lobby's decoration felt grandiose. It made a strong first impression.
The concierge service seemed a little slow when collecting bags.

Acceptable Stay with Service ISSUES
slow service bizarre policies
The staff was polite. (I must admit.)
The concierge service was SLOW. It took them an unreasonably long time to deliver items to my room and pick up my bags. The hotel has strange policies about what guests can bring into their rooms. I couldn't bring in a heavy pot I had purchased. I felt distrusted because of this policy.
