fantastic stay near the airport

super clean room separate shower fruit selection airport shuttle

the room was super clean and the amenities met my needs the bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower stall. the breakfast had many options I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. i found the staff to be polite and very attentive to all requests. the hotel also offers a convenient airport shuttle service , made my travel easier.

the gym equipment showed some wear and could benefit from an update in the future.

the staff were always available and quick to respond to requests I noticed housekeeping maintained cleanliness in all areas. the front desk offered efficient check-in and check-out processes making the experience smooth. staff ensured every guest felt valued.

The rooms were very spacious. The bathroom was also very clean and tidy. The staff was sweet and hospitable (always a bonus!).

Some facilities were closed because of private events. This fact was not clear when I booked my room. The rooftop pool area was inaccessible late afternoon.

useless numbers thin walls

The pre-programmed numbers for reception and room service were useless. I had to get direct numbers from housekeeping. on the second night, hammering from the floor above me went on for hours. i called reception at 12:30 am about it, and it stopped soon after, but i was too stressed to sleep. the walls were thin too. I could hear the couple next door talking and laughing late into the night, even with ear plugs.

helpful staff rooftop pool wide selection private event garden noise spa service

the staff were consistently helpful and professional. the rooftop pool was a highlight (i used it every day!). the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of dishes, including south indian options.

i wasn't informed about private events affecting facilities when i booked. the noise from a garden event was quite loud late into the evening. the spa didn't offer manicures, which i found disappointing.
