island tranquility
suite upgrade free drinks spacious shower
i appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a good wedgewood suite. free drinks in the minibar were a really nice touch. the shower was warm and spacious. the room was very dark at night, ensuring sound sleep.
the air conditioning system struggled to cool the room adequately. i couldn't lower the temperature below 23 degrees, even with all indicators set correctly on the thermostat.

The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. I observed beautiful landscaping everywhere. the buildings blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings. this really adds to the experience.

Dinner was delicious, and i was impressed with the high-quality ingredients. the bar area is spacious. It offers great views of the hotel. the restaurant's ambiance is elegant.

The grounds featured meticulously maintained landscaping.. everything looked vibrant. My room included Elemis products. Breakfast had yogurt, fresh fruit, and pastries of good quality. I also found the staff very friendly. They left a welcome note with a bottle of bubbly in my fridge.

the welcome was lovely. the grounds are fine and impressively kept. i particularly enjoyed the temple lounge area for a relaxing morning cup of tea!

a good dining and room experience
early check-in complimentary prosecco bigger room
The temple room i stayed in was bigger than expected. daisy, the receptionist, arranged an early check-in. This let me watch the six nations rugby game in my room. a complimentary bottle of prosecco was also in the fridge. Such a nice touch.

Mixed feelings about the stay
The location on the river was peaceful. It offered a quiet escape.
The room felt small. I found it difficult to relax due to the limited space (especially with luggage). The dimensions were barely sufficient.
