i really enjoyed my recent visit the staff were very helpful and friendly in all areas of the hotel the hotel was clean and the breakfast was great i especially liked how attentive the front desk was the staff are a real joy and made our stay excellent
the wifi was quite slow especially at night it was almost impossible to check emails

free parking comfortable beds
parking was free with plenty of spots. the staff gave us complimentary chocolates and coloring pages with crayons for the children. the beds including the sofa bed were ready when we arrived and they were comfortable. the air conditioning system was set to cool, heat, or regulate to a temperature.

there were lifts and stairs and the rooms were clearly marked. the operator, contacted from the room phone, was efficient when we needed a taxi early on saturday morning! the hotel is kid-friendly.

mixed feelings about my stay
dusty corners chaotic breakfast
the bed was comfortable. this aspect met my expectations.
the room i was given wasn't as clean as i hoped. i found some dust in the corners and the bathroom mirror had streaks on it, which wasn't ideal. also, the breakfast service was a bit chaotic. i waited longer than i expected for a table, and the food selection wasn't replenished quickly enough.

helpful staff comfortable beds
the staff were very helpful. the pool was a good temperature. it was nice to be able to relax there after a long day. the beds were comfortable as well.
