Really good Dining and Service

I appreciated the friendly and supportive banquet staff. Mr Chaminda, the banquet supervisor, alongside his team, offered great assistance. The technical support team also provided excellent support and readily accommodated our needs. This.

The loud music made sleeping difficult. The band played music that was just loud thudding until nearly midnight. I had to call twice before it ended.

comfortable room city access helpful staff prompt service

the room was well-kept and quite comfortable i especially liked the location it provided easy access to the city's main attractions the staff was consistently helpful and attentive throughout my stay i really liked the prompt and efficient room service ensuring all requests were handled swiftly

the gym was a bit crowded during peak hours sometimes making it difficult to use all the equipment i wanted

international foods spacious premier room well trained staff

the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of international foods i had a premier room it was very spacious the bed was huge the bathroom was a good size i loved it. the staff were fantastic they were friendly and knowledgeable. the hotel had christmas decorations and the housekeeping staff kept my room tidy.

the piped music was almost everywhere and it was a bit much

warm hospitality delicious food inconsistent amount parking charge

i found mr ruwan kumara, the manager at nosh restaurant, very helpful. his warm hospitality. the food was delicious. the service was really good.

i visited the car park with my friend around 9.15 pm and left around 10.45 pm. the security demanded a parking charge. the team quoted inconsistent amounts and finally reduced it to rs. 3,000/- for just 1.5 hours of parking. this inconsistency seemed very unprofessional.
