The location had a private beach, it was amazing. the swimming pool was the best. i also found the location quite nice. the colonial look was a good surprise. The modern room was available.

the effort required to get a towel for our room was frustrating. it took three separate visits and over an hour. this situation needs to be addressed immediately.

i had a wonderful ocean view suite. it was spacious and clean with no issues with aircon. the views were very nice!!! i didn't get to take pictures of the room however i'm pretty grateful our overall stay was pleasant.

the hotel location is really good with a magnificent view of the coast. colombo city sits in the background adding to the scenery. the hotel provides a beautiful backdrop of the azure indian ocean and the pristine beach.

I stayed in the Ocean View Room. The room was very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature. The hotel location provides direct access to the beach (a definite plus!).

I noticed some areas show definite signs of age. Flooring needed some repairs in certain hallways.

i liked the ocean view suite. it was spacious. it was impeccably clean. the air conditioning worked perfectly, so it was very comfortable. the food was AMAZING!!! breakfast offered tasty choices. the views were very nice from the suite.

I noticed several broken electrical sockets in the beach-facing room, and these posed a significant safety hazard. Each time i tried to use one, i experienced a minor electric shock. this issue needs urgent attention to ensure guest safety.

the pool area was nice , it had a beautiful sunset view. breakfast had good food in the restaurant , including buffet dinner. the hotel has a nice colonial feel.

the hotel felt old and uncared for , cleanliness was lacking. the air conditioning on the floor i stayed at was not working , i complained without results. the mini bar refrigerator had an unpleasant smell , so i avoided placing water bottles in it.
