attentive staff sri lankan cuisine spacious room

I found the staff attentive, especially with directions. the food options included authentic sri lankan cuisine. I appreciated that detail. the room was spacious. It had a magical view of the ocean. i was quite content with the entire experience.

the sun loungers near the beach seemed sparse, made of just wooden slats. the pool had broken tiles, a small detail that needs attention. i felt the hotel needs some tlc in certain spots.

musty odor dessert flies

The room felt quite dated. The bathroom needed better cleaning. A musty odor lingered. The dinner buffet failed to impress. I found flies near the desserts. It was not what I expect from this brand.

A Mixed Stay. Some Issues Noted

musty smell bathroom mold

The room had a musty smell. It was certainly not pleasant. The bathroom looked quite dated. There was mold present in the shower area. The noise was significant. Wild dogs barked throughout the night. These issues detracted from the experience, and I hope management addresses them soon.

I appreciated the quick room availability after my long flight! the room was large and clean with a balcony. the beach access was nice. I could see the ocean easily. the breakfast and dinner options were both pretty good.
