mixed feelings about this stay

unstable wi-fi chaotic breakfast

i wasn't too happy. the wi-fi was constantly cutting out, hard to get any work done. also, the breakfast buffet was chaotic! it was overcrowded and several items were frequently empty, a real struggle.

really good experience

new rooms home feeling

the rooms are new with the highest level of amenities. jerome, the manager at the front desk, worked to ensure we felt at home. i did not miss staying here. the experience will remain with me.

the communication between staff departments caused issues . i waited for over an hour for transportation pickup from the airport, despite messaging before arrival. the driver extorted me for more money during the ride back.

chef arivu at the south indian buffet counter was helpful. he makes tasty dosas and uthappams. lounging at ahasa, the skybridge on the 29th floor, is a fantastic way to spend your evenings.

the hotel has a huge gym with a direct sea view and the promenade. the gym is open 24 hours . dulanjana is meticulous with his training, he recently won the gold medal at the weight lifting competition in thailand.

Hospitality was really good. Staff were attentive. they were very good too. sasindi at the restaurant knew it was my birthday, as my husband had mentioned it. it was sweet of her.
