Lovely Lakeside Stay

helpful staff valet parking expansive layout

The staff were helpful and always ready to assist. Valet parking kept my car out of the sun. The hotel has a beautiful flow of public spaces and sits right on the lakeside offering gentle breezes. The large room had a unique and expansive layout for the wardrobe and bathroom areas I definitely loved it.

I noticed some minor wear and tear it didn't detract much from the experience though.

Dining

The Keraleeyam Restaurant provided high quality food and excellent service. The staff guided me well through the dishes and special menus. Bijilraj, the restaurant manager, was particularly pleasant and helpful.

Rooms

8/10

The room included a king size bed perfect for relaxation. I noticed spacious bathrooms with modern fixtures adding convenience. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy and well maintained for a very comfortable stay.

Service

10/10

The staff arranged travels quickly and efficiently . The cab driver, Biju, offered helpful information about the area. Nitin and his colleagues at Raanthal provided really good service making my anniversary dinner special.
