okay stay but some issues arose

insensitive officercold room

the air conditioning did not work well one night it made the room very cold i could not sleep. the front desk was not helpful when i asked for a slightly later checkout. the officer named arun did not seem to care about the issues i faced it affected my experience a lot

The grounds were kept very well I saw an army of gardeners. The meandering pool Villa was comfortable and the pool was clean. I also stayed one night in one of the resort's houseboats that was special. The crew was great especially the chef.

I did have some issues the gym does not open until 7:00 a.m. That is late for travelers dealing with jet lag. All of the dining areas are outdoors it can get quite hot during the day. I thought the hotel is best suited to travelers who appreciate heritage architecture.
