I experienced the best laundry service ever. It surpassed even European standards with its express speed! Late arrival was accommodated with a substantial burger. The breakfast choice was impressively diverse! Our Class Room was effectively a spacious suite that included ample bathing supplies.

Waiting for the elevator was somewhat annoying!

the superior room had a comfortable bed. breakfast in the keshia restaurant had many options and good quality food. the staff, like yeswanth, were attentive and helpful.

the windows in my room needed cleaning, so the view was not very good.

I booked this hotel due to the location near the metro station. the metro station is just a short walk away, providing easy access to major points. the business class room upgrade was a nice surprise. i found the bed mattress and pillows to be of excellent quality. I slept soundly.

i found the rooms to be a bit dated and with a slight musty smell. the reception area was understaffed, and i had to wait for check-in. however, the staff were very pleasant and cute during the process.

the room size impressed me. i liked the seating area dedicated . the closet space was expansive. breakfast had standard continental options with south indian varieties also. the stews and curries tasted great. the hotel location felt central.

the rooms was not properly sound proofed. humidity from the shower was excessive. this caused a damp smell i found unpleasant.

I found the breakfast buffet had good variety. The chef prepared fresh omelets. The hotel provided prompt room service and accommodated my requests quickly. The staff ensured I had all informations regarding local attractions and transportation.

Some hallway carpets showed minor wear, but this did not impact my stay much.
