excellent hotel stay

the breakfast spread was very good the staff in attendance were cordial and cute especially choi kim and jeevan the room was spacious and comfortable housekeeping staff were prompt and cordial. i found the staff responsive and respectful. the hotel is centrally located close to the railway station and tourist points are a short drive away.

the hotel should have more people at the reception to attend to guest needs it took a long time to check in and check out.

the hotel has a convenient location near the railway station getting to tourist attractions was easy because of this central location the hotel provided early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and demand. i had access to soft beverages.

i found the housekeeping staff were prompt and cordial the staff in attendance especially choi kim and jeevan provided excellent service the staff were respectful and responsive to my needs during the visit. everyone helped me a lot.
