lacking staff acceptable buffet
The Italian restaurant offers a well-designed space and surprisingly decent pizza.
I found the staff lacking in special care. There was no welcome to guests that I noticed. The buffet at the B Café was acceptable but not special. I expect far more from a hotel carrying such a famous brand.
