excellent stay
gorgeous foliage fine display tranquil retreat
i found the gardens to be thoughtfully maintained with gorgeous foliage. the displays of flowers were fine and serene. the greenery provided a tranquil retreat i enjoyed.
the water pressure in the shower was very poor i think the plumbing needs attention. the hand shower holder was also broken. the air conditioning was substandard and affected my sleep.

underwhelming stay
poor service awful food
the service at the club lounge was slow. Staff seemed uninterested in assisting. the food quality was poor. It definitely didn't meet the standards i expect from this brand. i complained to the front desk, but they didn't seem to care enough to even acknowledge my concerns.
