Balanced Stay Experience
spacious room attentive service inattentive staff unavailable butter
The room was spacious and well kept. The washroom was large and clean. I found the ambiance of the pool to be relaxing. Sahana provided attentive service throughout my stay.
The AC temperature increased overnight. I found the breakfast restaurant staff to be inattentive. I had to wait for a toast and butter. The butter was not readily available.

Really good Comfort and Service
very nice kindness beautiful design clean space
The hotel staff showed very nice kindness. They even arranged medicine late one night. My room was a Premier Room Twin and it was beautifully designed. The washroom stood out with its large, clean space.

friendly staff large rooms elaborate breakfast functioning wifi
i had a amazing time. i found the staff to be friendly and efficient. the breakfast selection was super elaborate with many options. the gym has everything you need for a workout.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway, but it was promptly cleaned.

The service was excellent, especially during check-in and throughout the dining areas. Staff responded quickly and efficiently to any requests i had. They really were pretty good too ensure my comfort.

delicious mix infinity pool
The breakfast buffet had so many choices i found a delicious mix of indian and continental items i especially loved the live stations there was an egg station and another for dosas the pool area reminded me of a mini resort it included a large adult infinity pool and a kids pool too. i took a dip in the pool. The water temperature was great
the check-in process took longer than expected i had to wait a bit
