The room service was slow (it took over an hour for a simple order). I also found the lack of readily available towels in one of the rooms quite inconvenient. The billing process upon checkout was also confusing. I paid in full on arrival, BUT I was told I still owed more.

the staff was generally helpful. ms. jayapriya and mr chidambaram were particularly excellent at the front desk. the breakfast had a pretty good spread.

Room service had issues. i was initially assigned to the smoking floor. The smell was strong. the bed covers seemed rather old and less clean.
