slow towel service rude manager

the room was spacious and clean it met my basic needs for a short stay.

the promised extra towels took over an hour to arrive this delay was frustrating as i had plans i couldn't fulfill because i was waiting the restaurant manager was also quite rude insisting i pay for a meal that should have been covered by my tour package it created unnecessary stress.

The minibar was quite disappointing. It barely had any options. i expected more variety and choices for a hotel of this standard. it disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
