genuine smile super helpful staff helpful island host bland food cold serving repetitive offerings
the staff greeted you with a genuine smile. they were super helpful from the reception to even the maintenance worker. eva, the water villa attendant, made changes based on requests. sandy, the island host, arranged the special occasion.
the food was quite bland at times. it was occasionally served cold. there were no themed dinner nights and the offerings became quite repetitive after seven days.

The resort staff were very attentive. hana served us with excellence. the place is beautiful. A paradisiacal location. it is the most beautiful place i have ever been!!!
I was charged for six nights although i had a 1:45 am flight on friday. i had to be at the airport at 8 p.m. the night before because no late-night boats are available. double-checking departure times versus nights charged is important. in-villa dining was not good. I tried it several times.

My visit included several days in a Grand Water Villa. I enjoyed easy access to the spa with a 45 minute transfer. The villa had comfortable furnishings and modern decor. I experienced smooth transfers to and from the airport.
I found that some areas of the villa were slightly outdated.
