lovely stay

my room came with a fantastic backwater view, so i got to enjoy the sunset every evening. the staff was so friendly and efficient. i enjoyed delicious in-room dining, it was really quick and convenient when i wanted a quiet meal. the hotel ambiance was awesome. i appreciated that the staff always acted courteously. it was easy to reach many nearby attractions, i liked that. the breakfast had an amazing variety, i recommend you check it out. the pool looked pretty and the hotel had lake views, it was nice. it reminded me of a great escape from my daily life, specially being stressed. i found the service was very cheerful, it. the rooms were comfy and i had amazing backwater views from my windows. i appreciate the food variety at the restaurant, it was so amazing. they have welcome drinks, it was so nice.
i asked for an extra towel and the delivery was very delayed. this happened several times.

staff were very attentive. breakfast included a huge variety. my room was very clean. check in was seamless.
i changed rooms three times before i got the premium king i booked. the first room smelled of smoke and had connecting doors. the second was a regular twin.

i appreciate the warm welcome i received at check-in. the hotel arranged a backwater ride and it was a must-do. i found the staff helpful and courteous throughout my stay.
the absence of face towels in the room was a slight oversight.

The check-in process was efficient. The front desk staff greeted me with a welcome drink. The room offered a beautiful backwater view. The restaurants presented variety of options.
The TV did not work. Bedroom slippers were not in the room, and I had to request them. Face towels were also missing from the bathroom.
