Amal and Rumesh provided AMAZING service!!! I loved their training and professional behavior. Their communication was excellent. The guest relation team offered us gift cards and a beautiful flower bouquet. It was such a charming surprise. The infinity pool bar had a amazing sunset view.

I greatly enjoyed my time at the kids club. Gayathri and janani were very kind. the place is safe and full of fun activities for children. my child really enjoyed the time there, and we had a very happy experience!!!

The in-room dining order experienced a delay. It took over an hour to arrive and it was cold.

i found the bed comfortable. the room was very calm. the staff were friendly and helpful. i really appreciated the early check-in and late check-out option too.

the music was a little loud until midnight, but it didn't bother me too much.
