The staff gave a great welcome, upgrading our room from city view to beach view. the room was spacious. i found the view in the morning was lovely. Big windows gave a great view on the 9th floor.
the airport transfer seemed very overpriced. a hairdryer was missing from the room. i also thought the dinner buffet cost too much.

The staff greeted me with an upgrade to a beautiful sea-view room. Check-in was quick and efficient (always a plus after a long journey!). The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices. I especially enjoyed the attentive service during breakfast hours.
The hotel's conversion rate for USD payments was less than ideal.

The rooftop pool offered a fine view of the city skyline and ocean, it included many sun loungers. There is a well-equipped fitness center on-site, with modern equipment like treadmills and weights. These facilities contributed positively to my stay.

The reception staff were particularly helpful and responsive to my requests (especially Irenth!). The breakfast staff were polite and ensured all guests had a pleasant dining experience. The housekeeping service maintained the room impeccably throughout my stay.

the rooftop chill area met expectations it provided a relaxing space.
i found some basic amenities were missing from the room a hairdryer was not available also the services offered besides the room rate seemed overpriced especially the airport transfer the cost felt excessive for the convenience.

I spent several nights at this hotel recently. I especially appreciated the helpful staff. They ensured my comfort during the visit. The rooftop restobar had an infinity pool. Its view was superb. I found the live cooking stations offered a diverse breakfast, catering to all tastes. Everything tasted very nice!!!
I needed to request towels daily from housekeeping, a minor inconvenience.
