free beverage friendly staff convenient luggage storage
the staff stored my luggage after checkout since my train was later (a very nice convenience). free beverages and snacks were available near reception. the staff members were attentive and friendly, which i greatly appreciated.
the elevator felt old, and it was a tight fit for two people with luggage.

wonderful city stay!
helpful staff convenient location
the location is really convenient public transport and many shops are just three minutes away i found the staff to be friendly and helpful the room included a kettle and tea. the shower gel and hairdryer were available which was great.
i noticed some noise every time a guest was leaving their room the acoustic isolation for the door could be improved other than that everything was fine.

this hotel boasts a superb location close to a metro station it is also within walking distance of the main attractions making it easy to explore the area i found many shops and restaurants nearby.

the breakfast offered a simple yet varied selection of items i was satisfied with the range available the breakfast included both hot and cold options plus fresh pastries i appreciated the quality of the breakfast.

broken showerhead inconvenient outlet
My room was pretty basic. to close the door, i needed to slam it. the tv wasn't a smart one, so i couldn't watch youtube or netflix. it only had three english channels and none of them worked well as they kept freezing, so it wasn't even worth turning on. the showerhead in my bathroom was broken too, even after they tried to fix it. also, there was only one outlet under the table for everything. The kettle, the fridge and the lamp, a real inconvenience.

The staff helped me find my way around. They guided me with trams, trains, and buses. The hotel sits very close to the city center. Many sights are within easy walking distance. The breakfast was very good too.
The elevator felt erratic. A slip of paper warned guests to use it one at a time despite the plate indicating a capacity of three people. The sink drain in my room did not work properly. I reported it to reception, but it was not repaired . There was no fridge in the room either.

Acceptable stay. Some sound issues
poor sound isolation noisy room
The staff were friendly. The hotel is near key tourist spots and transportation.
The room was next to the stairs, so I heard every guest leave in the morning. I could hear them opening and closing doors and talking. There was a lack of acoustic isolation for the door.
