The staff helped me find my way around. They guided me with trams, trains, and buses. The hotel sits very close to the city center. Many sights are within easy walking distance. The breakfast was very good too.

A slip of paper warned guests to use it one at a time despite the plate indicating a capacity of three people. The sink drain in my room did not work properly. I reported it to reception, but it was not repaired . There was no fridge in the room either.

The staff were friendly. The hotel is near key tourist spots and transportation.

The room was next to the stairs, so I heard every guest leave in the morning. I could hear them opening and closing doors and talking. There was a lack of acoustic isolation for the door.
