gora station proximity made travel easy. the complimentary evening snacks and drinks in the library were a treat. i found the staff very polite and helpful. the traditional beds were comfortable.

the hotel had just one washing machine. it was often occupied. this caused delays when i needed to do laundry.

i really enjoyed the free snacks and drinks. the yukata provided were a nice touch. the location was fantastic , only a short walk from the train station , , made exploring the area super easy. the room was spacious , had good amenities , and the lounge was beautiful.

honestly, the lack of variety in desserts did get a little repetitive after a few days.

the staff demonstrated a strong desire to delight their guests , and every staff member i encountered was excellent and attentive. the reception staff spoke really good english , a great help for international visitors.

the room was super clean and streamlined, in a traditional japanese style with no clutter. the tatami flooring was elegant and comfortable. the beds were very comfortable , allowing for good nights' rest.

I found the free snacks and drinks to be a nice touch. The customer service was very good. The hotel is very close to Gora station, so visiting attractions was easy.

The carpet in common areas was in bad condition. My teen's room smelled damp. There was also a stain in our condominium carpet. The hotel felt tired and not really 4-star.

I appreciated the location. It was a short walk from Gora station. The private onsen facility was nice. There was no reservation system, so I just had to show up and hope it was available.

The layout of the hotel felt old. It was not possible to book private onsen rooms. The massage rooms are on the main walkway! It was quite noisy and hard to relax, as the hotel is very much a family hotel.
