really good ryokan experience

the suite had a private outdoor hot onsen. the room was spacious, with a walk-in wardrobe room, two toilets, a bathroom with both a shower wet room and a separate bath. there was also a bedroom, a living dining area, and another living area. a loft with a chair provided a perfect view. the staff proved to be very helpful and friendly.

My room featured a bluetooth speaker and a dyson hairdryer. high-quality toiletries were available in the bathroom. Two massive tvs were present. the design incorporated traditional japanese elements with modern comforts.

The hotel lounge operates from 8am to 6pm. complimentary coffee, tea, red and white wine are offered. soft drinks are also available to guests. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the bus station. this added convenience was very much appreciated.

the hotel provided dedicated personnel to greet guests at the entrance. they escorted me to my room, explaining all the details. the staff demonstrated attentiveness and patience. their detailed explanations enhanced my initial experience.

The hotel is conveniently near many restaurants. it is a short five minute walk to the lake. It is accessible from the bus station via sightseeing bus. this proximity to local amenities added to the convenience. during my stay. location was excellent.
