i think a shuttle service to kawaguchiko station would be helpful especially when dragging luggage in the summer heat

i got a room with a great view of mount fuji (i stayed on the sixth floor!). the staff were also friendly and very helpful.

I found the furniture to be a bit old. the bathroom also wasn't as clean as i'd hoped. There was some dust in the room.

i had to cut short my stay, leaving a day early because my rental car lacked snow tires. the front desk representative, mr moriya, showed great understanding. he assisted with calling the reservation site to process the cancellation because of the language barrier. the breakfast buffet was amazing. waking up to the view of mount fuji from my room was priceless.

the hotel's location requires crossing roads using pedestrian crossings, and some drivers do not always stop. this situation felt dangerous for pedestrians with luggage, especially with families.

The breakfast offered a wide array of options, including both western and japanese dishes. The restaurant staff kept the buffet area well-stocked. the dining area had large windows providing ample natural light. high chairs were available for families with young children.

the front desk provided assistance with luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. staff members were quick to respond to requests and questions and provided helpful information. the hotel provided a shuttle service to and from the nearest train station.

The room was clean and it had a very large car park. That was convenient.

I booked a double room, but the bed was small. two adults cannot lie flat on their backs, and one person has to sleep on their side. the pillows are also very small. I felt disappointed.
