charming stay in a superior double room

easy access peaceful retreat
the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions! breakfast offered many choices, something i appreciated, and the staff provided very personal attention. i enjoyed a quiet room at the back of the premises, it provided a peaceful retreat after busy days.

a Gem in central location

warm welcome lovely furniture superb food
The staff greeted me with such warmth. my room had lovely furniture. breakfast and dinner in the Forest restaurant were superb. i especially enjoyed the food. It might have been the best dining experience.
the room was a bit too warm! there wasn't any air conditioning. i had to open the window, but the street noise was loud and made sleep difficult.

the breakfast choice was good.
i found the room lacked cleaning, especially the bathroom. the shower cubicle was not in good condition. i think this room was not worth the money i paid

the location offered quick access to nearby attractions. our standard double room had ample space and included a tv. breakfast service was prompt and the food was tasty (i particularly enjoyed the croissants).
the walls seemed a little thin, i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The central location was amazing. I could walk everywhere. the staff were helpful. breakfast had many options, including delicious gluten-free choices. i really liked the room's character.
Street-facing rooms can be noisy. I recommend asking for a room away from the main thoroughfare.

The location is unbeatable. It is right in the middle of the shambles. everything i needed was easily accessible on foot, including the cathedral, a short walk away. the hotel is close to many attractions.
