fantastic stay!
cute staffcomfortable beddelicious breakfast
the staff was so cute. the room was very very comfy and tidy, i really appreciated the comfortable bed. breakfast was delicious (especially the eggs benedict!).
the room was a bit small, but honestly, it didn't bother me too much.

my beautiful double room featured a modern design and a super comfy bed. the room included a tv with satellite channels. tea and coffee making facilities. the bathroom had fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries (always a bonus!).

the hotel boasts a lovely garden area with plenty of seating for relaxation. free parking is available , very convenient. there is a cozy bar area which offers a good selection of drinks and snacks.

The room featured an area suitable for my dog. This worked out great. the bathroom was a really good size. i also found the breakfast very good. Restaurants were also nearby.
i found i wasn't informed of fire escape routes. there was also no room cleaning information provided. the windows only opened a small amount because the building is old, i guess this couldn't be helped.

the staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. i really felt they went the extra mile to accommodate my needs. the manager was also very helpful, and i really appreciated the high standard of decoration.

The staff let us check in early, which helped greatly as we needed to attend a local wedding. Breakfast in the bar area included fresh, good products. The sandwiches contained a generous filling. I could only manage half of it.

The restaurant served an excellent Sunday roast. It was very tasty and filling. I found the staff to be great, though not intrusive. The hotel also serves a great pint of Gales HSB.

The staff were helpful and cute. Kiera, in particular, provided excellent service. The team let us check in early, a massive help because we had to attend a wedding nearby. This attentiveness was excellent, though the location was slightly remote.

.!! they were so cute, and nothing was too much trouble for them. they helped with taxis and even rustled up snacks. It was fantastic. the price was super, especially since it included a full english breakfast each morning!!!
the room was very dark, unfortunately. it needed more lighting to make it brighter.

the location is close to many local attractions, such as beautiful beaches and the new forest. it is very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. there are also lovely country and cliff-side walks nearby!!!
