great place near the seafront

early parking large room varied breakfast
I parked earlier before check-in due to mike's agreement. That was helpful! the room was larger than expected and the bathroom was big with towels, toiletries, and sanitary products. breakfast included varied cereals, fruit, pastries and a full english option. The service was friendly.
The outside area could benefit from a tidy-up. The plastic plants don't give a great first impression

Free parking was available. The breakfast offered fresh items. The service was delivered with a smile (the staff was really amicable!).
The room smelled of bad feet upon entry. The decor seemed a bit scruffy. The walls were thin. I could hear conversations in other rooms.
