super clean and perfect location room

beautiful wallpaper perfect location easy check-in

The staff made check-in simple. i especially loved the heron wallpaper in my room. It was a beautiful touch. i found the location perfect, close to the station, convenient as i planned to take the train.

A fan did not adequately cool the room enough for comfortable sleeping. It was a particularly balmy night. this affected my ability to rest well despite all other aspects meeting expectations.

The room was very cosy and stocked generously. I found breakfast delicious and staff very helpful. They offered plush bedding and provided quality towels. The pub had a lively atmosphere, which I enjoyed.

The shower had big temperature swings. It goes from too hot to too cold with small adjustments.

The location proved advantageous as it offered ready access to nearby amenities.

The shower's temperature was erratic. It swung from excessively hot to icy cold with minimal adjustment. I also noted an extension cable placed across the floor which presented a safety issue. The television signal was weak, rendering the screen nearly unwatchable.

a pleasant stay

The breakfast had so many choices and was served hot. I opted for the full english. i found pure cotton bedding. It made for a restful sleep. very helpful staff carried our suitcases. It made things easy.

The car park was full of trees. Our car got covered in bird mess. it was quite annoying to clean it.

great breakfast water bottle late check-in extension cable

the breakfast was great. a bottle of water was provided, which i appreciated.

check in is advertised as 2pm but it was actually 2.30pm. the room was not ready when i arrived at 2.05pm. an extension cable ran along the bedroom floor, not really acceptable.
