There was no one at reception. I had difficulty contacting anyone by phone. The corridors smelled of smoke, and i found them to be dusty and dirty.

Convenient Location and Clean Room

great locationclean roomsingle glazing
The location was great, near the beach and local shops. The room was clean and tidy, exactly what I needed for my short stay. I appreciated the easy self check-in process (it made arrival simple). There was also welcome water, a nice touch after a long journey.
The windows were single glazed, so the room got quite cold. I could hear the wind rattling the windows, especially at night. It would be good to have better insulation.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel features self check-in, which simplifies the arrival process. A fridge and kettle are provided in the room, allowing guests to store drinks and prepare hot beverages. Decorating work was in progress, aiming to improve the overall building and rooms.
Service
9/10
Communication was prompt. Staff addressed queries quickly. Although there isn't always someone at reception, responses via email were timely (which i found useful).
Dining
8/10
There are convenient stores located nearby. Rooms feature a self-service bar with tea and coffee options. (i enjoyed the coffee).

Simple and Clean Accommodation

helpful staffcomfortable bedsfridge amenitycoffee provisions
I found the location great! the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Tea and coffee provisions and a fridge were also available, helpful.
The shower didn't have a shower hose, so rinsing off soap took some time. Plus, the squeaky door hinge must have bothered other guests.
Rooms
8/10
The room had soft carpet and working tv. there was a kettle with enough tea and coffee. A small fridge was available, and it proved useful for storing drinks and snacks .
Location
9/10
The hotel offered easy access to nearby supermarkets and restaurants, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping. The hotel's proximity to various amenities enhanced my overall experience during this visit.
Dining
9/10
Although the hotel does not have on-site dining facilities, numerous restaurants and cafes are located within walking distance. These nearby establishments offer diverse culinary options, allowing guests to easily find meals to suit different tastes.
Facilities
10/10
The hotel used door codes and a key box system outside each room for entry, which seemed easy to manage. A fan in the room was useful. These features added a layer of convenience to my stay.
