unnecessary deposit damaged car

the room was clean the bed was acceptable

i was charged a £50 security deposit upon arrival i was not informed about this beforehand it felt unnecessary the car park was also not safe my car got damaged by laundry staff i expected better

the room was clean and in good condition. the receptionist was well trained and polite. i found the location ideal and the room was quite spacious.

i was not informed about the policy regarding room refreshment for stays less than 3 days.
