The staff was very helpful and gracious. They seemed genuinely happy to assist! the pub and restaurant offered great food options. The food tasted delicious. the room included a nice size and everything was clean. the hotel provided biscuits with tea and coffee plus water!

The television signal was cutting out sometimes. This was a slight distraction.

The location is central. It allowed easy access to historical pubs and the cathedral. Breakfast was excellent. Everything presented was well laid out (i really enjoyed it). The staff were friendly.

Parking spaces are limited. I was not aware of this. Rooms were hot even with fans provided. The heat made it difficult to sleep.

the room was very clean. it had everything I needed. a GREAT selection of food was on the buffet and lovely dishes i could order from the menu.

i wasted much time looking for the parking. information in advance would have been handy. the bathroom was very pokey and the shower bottom was a piece of cheap plastic THAT wobbled. FORTUNATELY, neither of us are heavy.
