The staff was very cute! Shakira explained everything well and escorted me to my room. The room was nice and neat with a huge bed. It was the biggest hotel bed I have ever seen. The bathroom looked recently refurbished and was functional.

The catering service needs improvement, quite often. I noticed insufficient cutlery was provided at breakfasts! One morning no breakfast was available. The continental breakfast included a croissant that was stodgy, not flaky at all.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the breakfast bacon bap was AMAZING!!! the staff were very friendly and always available.

i noticed peeling paint on the wall.
