convenient location satisfying breakfast outdoor area grubby hotel unclean bathroom thin curtain

the location was convenient, being near the ferry and town. i found the breakfast very satisfying, with attentive waiters. a lovely outdoor area with views of the harbour exist, it was quite a charm.

The hotel needs cleaning and painting, it felt grubby. my bathroom wasnt clean. I saw marks on the toilet seat. the curtains let in light, i had to keep them closed for privacy.

convenient location cute staff cozy atmosphere quality breakfast

I found the location convenient, very close to the Red Jet and local shops. The staff greeted me warmly, nothing was too much trouble for them. I appreciated the warm and cozy atmosphere. Breakfast and the evening meal both had very good quality with many choices available.

The bathroom could use some updating, and I noticed rust around the mirror, a very minor thing.

my room was quite spacious, a definite plus. the breakfast was also good, a decent start to the day.

The bathroom needed some attention. The toilet wasn't very clean. also, there was noise from a nearby bar at night, which disturbed my sleep.

the staff was great! they were so friendly and helpful. breakfast was delicious, i especially liked the full english. the location was also great! it was right in the middle of town near many restaurants and the esplanade.

the rooms were generally a bit tired and could use some refurbishment! the toilet pan in my room had some staining and looked like it hadn't been cleaned well.

helpful staff great location excellent breakfast

the staff was very helpful and friendly. the place was clean. it was in a great location. breakfast was excellent. this included choice and value. i had no issues . it was easy. i plan on returning soon. i think its great.

the bedroom window opened only about four inches. it was stifling hot. we hardly slept because of this.

The location was quite central.

The check-in process was chaotic. I think Richard overcharged my card initially, and it was all a bit messy (though he did sort it out eventually). the room was smaller than I anticipated. I kept bumping into the bed.
