the breakfast buffet had many options.
the room was very noisy until late at night. a club across the street played loud music, so it was difficult to sleep. also, housekeeping only serviced the room every three days, less often than i expected.

adequate, but with issues

the breakfast offered a decent variety.
I found the room quite disappointing. It was dark and seemed to face an alley. loud music and yelling from a nearby hotel continued past 2 a.m., this made sleeping difficult, even with the windows closed. i would not recommend the complimentary dinner. Its quality was poor.

lovely days in tranquility

breakfast buffetgood sizelong walk
the breakfast buffet included many options. there was good size room and a bathroom with heritage charm. i noticed a board inside the room showing the dinner menu for the week. i liked there was a guest sauna that gave the feeling of a spa.
it is a little far from the central train station and light rail stop. the walk took around 15-20 minutes. it was a bit inconvenient carrying luggage.
Dining

the breakfast had many choices. i was so happy with the selections. there were gluten-free options too. the buffet layout was nice with clear labels. i had no issue finding a table each morning.

the breakfast had a decent variety of choices, i guess.
My room felt neglected. The bathroom sink drained slowly, it was almost overflowing with every use. light switches seemed to have a mind of their own. frankly, i expected better for the price.

fantastic stay, was very good!

amazing locationgood sizeguest saunaporter service
The location was seriously amazing! it meant i could walk everywhere easily. i stayed in a superior double or twin room, it was a really good size. the hotel offered a guest sauna, which was like a total spa. I liked that i gave notice before using it. i stored my luggage for a porter service too, it helped with early departure.
The only thing i can think of is the elevators needed my key card tapped a couple times before they worked. It wasn't a big deal!

underwhelming stay, some issues encountered

the hotel's location was acceptable with easy access to nearby attractions.
My room was quite dark making it difficult to see properly, especially in the mornings. housekeeping didn't service my room despite my four-night stay. I had to request clean towels myself. the dinner offered was disappointing and consisted mainly of pasta dishes, which didn't meet my expectations for a proper meal.
