fantastic stay!

fresh bread diverse cereals
The breakfast variety impressed me. It included fresh bread and diverse cereals! the staff were very polite and efficient (always smiling!). i felt safe, especially when i had to leave for the airport at 2am. the taxi was safe and arrived promptly.
the room was a bit small, but it was manageable for a short stay.

the hotel has perfect location near many restaurants and shops (i walked everywhere!). the hotel is surrounded by colorful houses decorated with christmas ornaments, a very lovely sight. access to public transportation is convenient.

The hotel has a 24/7 front desk, very useful when arriving late due flight delays. the breakfast offered freshly baked bread plus a good brand of tea. the wifi in the room worked great. I connected multiple devices without problems.

The hotel's location was super convenient! It was easy to get around. The breakfast offered so many choices, all fresh! The staff were helpful. They answered all my questions.
The room I got was a bit small! The shower and toilet setup felt a little awkward. I also noticed the bathroom wasn't as clean as I hoped! There wasn't a hairdryer available either, inconvenient.

The breakfast had many options and tasted very nice. The location is excellent and close to main attractions and the port. The rooftop area offers good views of the surrounding area.. i found it quite charming. Staff members were polite and very helpful, they always answered my questions quickly.
The room looked a bit old, with not so good ventilation.

Decent Stay

central location quiet location simple process unwelcoming staff tiny selection broken elevator
I thought the hotel location was a plus. It is near the tourist area. I found it easy to reach parking at KlosterGarasjen. I set up an EasyPark account, and that simplified the parking process GREATLY.
I found that the staff was not VERY cute. It seemed as if we took them away from their activities. The receptionist lady interrupted me while I asked if we could check-in earlier. She said our check-in starts at 3pm.
