The breakfast buffet featured lots of variety I appreciated the staff continually replenishing items. My room was super clean It perfectly suited my needs. I found the reception staff friendly and very helpful.

The air conditioning in my room was not cold enough I had to open the balcony door. Mosquitos bit me badly in the morning.

The room was quite small for four people. It was EXTREMELY noisy from early in the morning with street sweepers. I didn't feel safe in this area at night.

The hotel is in a GREAT location. It is easy to reach the airport. A bus stop is nearby and takes you directly to Venice. There are several shops and bars in the immediate area.

My room faced the street and was very noisy. The windows did not block sound well. A restful night was difficult to get.
