i arrived by water taxi right at the hotel's jetty, it saved much time. marco was a great host and he made a coffee for me after a day of sightseeing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

the mattress felt a bit too hard. i didn't report this .

elena assisted us with various local recommendations, and her help greatly enhanced our trip. the room offered ample space for luggage and personal items. the proximity to st mark's square allowed convenient access to many attractions. breakfast on the jetty near the canal was very nice.

The mattress in our room was harder than i personally prefer. It affected my sleep quality. while the room was functional, a softer mattress would significantly improve the overall comfort, especially after long days.

my room included a spacious wardrobe and a well-lit desk area. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries were supplied every day. daily housekeeping kept everything tidy and orderly throughout my stay.

this place rocks, seriously! they upgraded my room, the junior suite was so sweet. i loved the staff, they were all super friendly and helpful. the location is killer, right by the canal with gondolas gliding past. breakfast was yummy, especially the fresh pastries!

the elevator was a tad slow, but honestly, who cares when everything else is so fab?

the hotel has its own private dock that fits several gondolas, so catching a ride is super easy. i also noticed that they offer luggage storage after checkout, very useful. the lobby looked amazing, with a cozy sitting area.

breakfast included tasty continental options and even hot dishes like eggs. the staff worked tirelessly to keep everything stocked and offer hot drinks. i saw they also serve drinks on the canal-side terrace later in the day.

Upon my arrival, I received an upgrade to a suite. It included a lovely canal view. The staff met us at the boat. They also took our luggage to our room and ensured we settled comfortably.

The air conditioning emitted only a minimal amount of cool air. This made the room slightly warmer than ideal.

The location near the Rialto Bridge was excellent. I found it easy to reach many attractions from there. The breakfast offered a nice variety. I especially liked the option to sit outside by the canal.

The room felt quite small. MANEUVERING around the bed was difficult. The bathroom was also cramped. The air conditioning barely worked and didn't cool the room effectively.
