The room was clean. It was also spacious. The hotel had a very good location near the square. There are a few restaurants close by. The hotel communication was excellent. They provided useful information on directions by bus and car.

The breakfast area gets very crowded, especially at peak hours. It is hard to move around.

the location was central, and restaurants was easily accessible. the staff was very dedicated, answering my questions about venice. i found my double room view well organized, and it featured a big bed.

the air conditioning not working a few nights. i found this quite inconvinient .
