amazing location main square little market different block slow connection poor breakfast

The location was amazing! It was super close to St Mark's basilica and the main square. There were lots of restaurants nearby. Even a little market offered snacks and other necessities.

The room was outside of the main hotel in a different block. The breakfast was poor. The Wi-Fi connection was pretty slow.

location was great, just a quick walk to major sites.

the room wasn't clean, there was a bad smell. staff acted like they don't care, they did not offer another room. it ruined my trip.

The location was central. It allowed easy access to many attractions. the staff was helpful. They quickly addressed my inquiries. a good breakfast with many options was available. the room had beautiful fixtures. I really loved it! though it was missing a hook.

The shower temperature was difficult to adjust. It took some time to find the right setting!

the location is convenient and a short walk to the popular attractions. the rooms are comfortable and spacious. my room overlooked a canal and i often saw gondolas.

the heating didn't work so it was freezing. the staff are rude and talk amongst themselves instead of to their customers. the light was dim and i had to use my phone torch to see.

quiet street helpful staff beautiful furniture

The hotel is near st marks square. It's about a five-minute walk. the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for local spots. i found the room to be cozy. It included a tv and air conditioning! the furniture looked beautiful.

The bathroom lacked proper lighting. It was quite dim.

The hotel had an elevator. This was very useful, especially with luggage. the breakfast offered a satisfactory start to the day, with sufficient options available. a warm atmosphere permeated the hotel.
