friendly staff helpful staff great location outdated doorknob light switch rude man

The location was great. It was away from busy crowds, yet close enough to all main sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found the rooms to be great too.

Our doorknob seemed a bit outdated. Light switches shut off every outlet when turned off. I found this an issue for charging devices. Black glasses man was consistently rude.

convenient location helpful staff outdated doorknob confusing switches

The hotel location was really convenient. It was in a quieter area, but still easy to reach the main attractions, I thought! The staff was always helpful and willing to assist with any requests. I especially appreciated that they helped me arrange a water taxi to the airport.

The doorknob in my parents' room seemed quite outdated. The light switches were also confusing! They shut off every outlet when turned off. I consider that a major issue for charging devices.
