the hotel is on a major street, i found it very convenient. the proximity to the train station was a major plus. the water ferry was also quite close, very useful for getting around. i appreciated these location benefits.
my room had no tea or coffee facilities. i missed this amenity.

the staff greeted me upon arrival, they took my bags to the room. a staff member showed me around the room, i thought that was helpful. the managers seemed pleasant.

my bedroom was very spacious, a definite plus. the room was cleaned daily by the maid, i valued this service. fresh towels were provided every day, along with complimentary bathroom items.

the breakfast was good, i recommend the pancakes. breakfast was fully stocked daily, so there was enough for everyone. the food seemed fresh and plentiful, i really enjoyed it.
