canal view cosy atmosphere
the hotel is close to st mark's square but away from noises i loved watching the gondolas pass by from my canal view room the room was also clean and well equipped with a cosy atmosphere

helpful staff excellent shower water access
The staff was friendly and helpful before and . the shower worked excellently and the room met my expectations. it was convenient, with water access. I avoided carrying luggage over bridges.
There were no robes in my room. I had to request them.

A lift is available for easy access to upper floors. A porter provided help with my bags. breakfast included an outdoor dining courtyard for a relaxed experience. this setup made moving around much easier.

the breakfast was well equipped and offered a good start to the day. i had a chance to enjoy my breakfast with a canal view which was fine. the availability of an outdoor dining courtyard further enhanced the dining experience.

the location is just near st marks square and offers convenient access to numerous bars and restaurants. all meeting points for tours were a short walk, only five minutes away. this proximity made exploring the area simple.

The staff was polite and knowledgeable, ready to give helpful advice when needed. the hotel booked me a water taxi straight to the airport. This service was fabulous. a lovely porter helped me with bags.

dated furniture limited selection
The location was convenient for accessing main attractions.
My room felt quite dated. The furniture looked worn, and the decor seemed old. The breakfast selection was limited, I noticed some of the fruit looked past its best.
