perfect location helpful staff plentiful buffet
the location was perfect, right on campo santo stefano! the staff was helpful, and they attended to every need. the breakfast buffet offered a plentiful variety of options in a charming setting.

Charming Stay in a Tranquil Square
warm welcome excellent staff neat room good bedding
The staff extended a warm welcome upon my arrival. Annalisa stood out by going above and beyond to assist me. My room was neat and looked just like the photos. The bed, bedding, pillows, and towels were all in good condition. Water pressure was also awesome.
The room got quite warm at night, the air conditioning wasn't effective enough.

loved the location!
pleasant staff comfortable room
the staff was pleasant, they helped me with everything. the room was very clean, very comfortable and very quiet! breakfast was charming, with a plentiful buffet laid out in the dining room.

the hotel is right on the campo santo stefano, a lovely little square with many restaurants and cafes. it is a short walk from the waterbus stop to the hotel. piazza san marco and other attractions are also a short walk!

a decent experience
great location clean room good soundproofing separate bathroom warm room noisy crowd
The location was great. It was easy to reach from the airport. My room, a classic double or twin room, was very nice and clean. I had a great view over the campo with very good soundproofing for the night.
The bathroom was separate from the room (which involved numerous walks across the landing). I had to reach it in the middle of the night, and it was not ideal. My room was quite warm, and it was too noisy to sleep with a window open. The restaurant crowd was loud outside.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was central, near many restaurants and cafes. my classic double or twin room was very clean with nice bedding. the breakfast had good variety.
